Could You Help Santa?

We are looking for sponsors for our Sleigh. Will include your company/ business name on Sleigh, name in Christmas Market lealfet, promotion on our fb pages (3 in total. Association, Sleigh and Xmas market pages) throughout November and December 2021 plus promoting businesses on Association fb page throughout 2022 until 30th November, as well as your link on our new website. Our Sleigh attends events throughout December, including our own Pemberton Christmas events as well as Asda, Wigan. We tour local areas with our Sleigh and Santa to meet Children, Parents and families.

We are looking at prices to have 2 newsletters per year produced and delivered to around 1500 homes and shops, where your name would be promoted. 

Message us for cost. It's not as expensive as you would think!

Volunteers Needed

We are now in our 5th Year with our Sleigh. Membersbget alot of pleasure taking Santa and his Sleigh around areas where children might not otherwise get to see him. Thanks to our business supporters, we give every child who gets on the sleigh a small Christmas gift. 

We need more volunteers to help collect and also help to tow the Sleigh. We have a small friendly group of 6 volunteers, including Santa and a driver who tows the Sleigh.

Welcome to Santa Community Sleigh

Santa's sleigh is based in Pemberton, Wigan and is owned and operated by a local community group made up of a small number of volunteers. The Pemberton Community Association uses the sleigh to fund raise each Christmas to provide hampers for the elderly, recently bereaved and those finding it difficult to make ends meet at Christmas time.

The Sleigh can be hired by local groups for a nominal fee to cover costs, which includes the 14' sleigh and towing vehicle.

The sleigh was made possible by grants from Brighter Borough and also Better Neighbourhood Fund at Wigan and Leigh Homes.
